Sharing a bed with Rika and then feeding him a home-cooked meal when he wakes up. Being able to care for Rika like this has gotten Kazuha reflecting on the happiness he has now.

But one day, Rika, who was eating breakfast as usual suddenly stopped eating and said, "I can't eat anymore".

Finding it unusual for Rika to not finish his food especially since it's one of his favourite dishes, Kazuha begins to feel concern over Rika's health.
